Description:
FIJOPOL is a two component polyester resin available in tubes from which the components are mixed upon extrusion. It hardens quickly without retraction and acquires high mechanical resistance. It is a thixotropic product.
Application:
- Once the gun is opened, any trace of dust can be removed by blowing.
- The metal pieces to be fixed must be free from any trace of grease or rust.
Aplication of the product:
- Cut the tip of the tube and place it in the special dispensing gun.
- Place the mixing nozzle, by also cutting its tip in the desired thickness.
- Squeeze out the material until it becomes homogeneous.
- When fixing in a cavity, place the gun in the hole by making the nozzle reach down the gun and then squeeze out the resin until reaching 2/3 of the gun.
- Place the metal piece by fixing it into place. In case it is a heavy piece, hold in the required angle until the product hardens.
